Manny Ramirez' to-do list;
1) Piss off every fan of the Cleveland Indians on Tuesday
2) Piss off every fan of the Boston Red Sox on Wednesday
Mission accomplished, Manny.
Tuesday night, Ramirez earned the ire of Indians fans by over-admiring his home run, a blast that was so historic, it allowed writers to say Boston had been merely "hammered" by Cleveland, instead of "embarrassed".
Wednesday night, Ramirez irrited all of Massachusetts by claiming it's "no big deal" if the Indians eliminate Boston from the ALCS. He went on to say "It doesn't happen, so who cares? There's always next year. It's not like it's the end of the world.''
I'm thinking Boston fans and front-office staff can come up with 18 million reasons this year that he should give a damn.
Oh, I am loving this.....

He's not far from wrong...
I lived out in Boston for a few years and have some friends taht are Sox fans. Most of them are still pretty happy that a championship was won three years ago...It's almost like a "get out of jail free" card for the Sox. I just don't know how much longer it will last.
One of my buddies even went as far as to say, "Hey I like Clevelands fans, they deserve a championship...I wouldn't be too upset if they won it this season."
So Manny isn't pissing too many people off, sadly.
I don't see how Manny could say something like that; he knows that the media will blow it out of proportion.
